Creamobile built the B2B portals used by the dealers of the hearing aid brands Widex and Coselgi.
The problem
A hearing aid is not a product sold off the shelf: the device is fitted to the individual, goes out on trial, may be returned or exchanged, and its warranty and service cycle stretches over years. The relationship between dealer and manufacturer is therefore not a one-off order but an ongoing process relationship. When that process runs over phone and e-mail, no single place shows which stage a given device is at.
The solution: the dealer's own screen
For both brands, portals were built where dealers log in with their own users and run their processes. The dealer handles product and order operations from their own screen, while the manufacturer side sees the entire dealer network from one place.
Running the two brands on separate portals was deliberate: Widex and Coselgi are distinct brand identities, with different product ranges and different dealer networks. Living separately on a shared infrastructure means a campaign or price change in one does not affect the other.
Why custom software
A B2B ordering system ends when the product is added to a basket and an order is created. In hearing aids the process begins there: trial, fitting, return, warranty and service are each a point of reconciliation between dealer and manufacturer. Making those steps traceable across a dealer network falls outside the scope of a standard e-commerce platform.
