Face to face education
Face-to-face training takes place online via camera. Education is known as online education. The trainings watched on Tideo (the platform where Tofaş shares various videos in youtube style) are followed within the system and their viewing rates are kept live.
Exam Module
The exam module is created by selecting the categorized questions from the question pool. After the values ??whose average is determined, the user is asked to solve it in certain periods or within a three-month period.
Homework Module
The homework module was developed along with the curriculum. Tofaş trainers are expected to research certain topics and upload documents as a result of the research. As a result, the instructor can give grades and include it in the user's average or completion rate. Generally, these assignments are not personal-based, but everyone in the curriculum is asked to do that homework.
The homework module is currently being developed by the Creamobile team and Tofaş Academy experts. Especially in the future, personal-based or special assignments can be added to the module.
Reading Material
Reading material, categorized pages uploaded to the system are requested by the user to download, examine and watch them. Creamobile team checks the download rates and questions whether it has been downloaded.
News
The news uploaded to the system about education is requested to be read by the user. Their reading rates, reading times, and staying on the page are tracked by Creamobile. Thus, the reflex of the user is measured.
Questionnaire
In addition to evaluating the user, the survey also allows the user to evaluate Tofaş Akademi. These surveys are in the form of behavioral classroom education survey and satisfaction survey. Thus, the interest of the employee can also be measured. Since it is an educational survey, it can also be measured how much the subject is understood. In addition to the multiple-choice assessment, there are also choice question types between 1-5.

In addition, training programs can be associated with tasks. For example, the curriculum that the accessory specialist should take in order is assigned according to a certain hierarchy without any prerequisites.
